History

The Aerobics and Fitness Studio is a 1320 sq foot studio located at 20 Belchertown Road (Route 9, across from Cumberland Farms in the Michael's Billiards building) in Amherst, MA.  We have a new floor, air conditioning, full length mirrors, bathrooms and changing areas, a high quality stereo system and new equipment for a wide variety of group fitness classes.  We also have plenty of free parking on-site!

The Aerobics and Fitness Studio was originally established to fill a void in the community. Specializing in what we did best, we focused on offering a variety of aerobics and fitness classes that were not available anywhere else in the area. We also offered CPR/AED and First Aid training courses. Over time, we added Personal Training, Youth Fitness programs, and Small Group sessions for TRX Suspension Training and TRX Rip Training!  We also added Nutrition/Health Coaching to address the critical pieces of the health and wellness puzzle. Perhaps most importantly, we worked hard to cultivate a strong sense of community that still exists today.

Our current offerings allow you the opportunity to improve your cardiovascular health, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, and body composition. We have carefully selected a diverse, well-educated, highly qualified, and experienced team of fitness professionals who are committed to imparting the knowledge and tools you need to help you achieve your fitness and wellness goals. Their passion for teaching, enthusiasm, and genuine interest in each and every one of our participants is unsurpassed.

Regardless of what your goals may be - improve your cardiovascular health, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, body composition, or nutrition - we can help! We will support and encourage you each and every day because we believe that small daily improvements are the key to staggering long-term results.
