The Rep Effect throws traditional thinking about lifting heavy weights on its head. It exhausts muscles using light weights, while performing high repetitions. Using the Rep Effect, BODYPUMP™ classes give you sculpted shoulders, defined biceps and triceps, strong lean legs, firm glutes and a tight core. Choreography in each of these areas is specifically targeted so you will burn fat, burn more calories and achieve more meaningful fat loss and muscle fatigue. This class is challenging both physically and mentally, and with the upbeat music throughout, BODYSTEP™ promises to tone your butt and thighs. BODYSTEP™ is your 'feel good' stepping class that gives you the opportunity to express your rhythm and flair. There are always options to help you get through the workout safely and effectively. This is an energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Cardiovascular segments push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning segments that shape and tone your body.

BODYSTEP™ Athletic: This is the interval training-inspired variation of BODYSTEP®  that is ideal for those looking for more intense, but less complex, functional step training that unleashes power and athleticism. Cardiovascular segments push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning segments that shape and tone your body. If you like Burpees, Mountain Climbers, and Squats, this is the class for you!

Light Aerobics and Sculpt

These fun, non-competitive classes are targeted towards those who are looking for a slower paced format. They all combine the three key components of fitness: cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, and flexibility. Each class can be modified for any fitness level. We provide all the mats and equipment you may need. Work-out with your friends - the socializing is great and also an important component of overall health and well-being!

we HIIT: “we High Intensity Interval Train!” This is metabolic training at its’ best. See MORE results in less time by doing high intensity intervals. This 55-minute class has 10-15 stations of 45 seconds of intense work, followed by 15 seconds of recovery. The entire circuit is repeated 2-3 times with just one minute between rounds. We use heart rate monitors to quantitatively help you progress and stay on track (bring your own if you have one – we will have a few available to borrow). Battle ropes, dumbbells, Kettlebells, TRX RIP and Suspension straps, punching bag, cones, steps, bike and BOSU, are just some of the ‘toys’ utilized in this class. Improve your aerobic and anaerobic capacity, as well as your muscular strength and endurance.

This is the Latin-inspired dance-fitness program that blends red-hot international music and contagious steps to form a "fitness party" that is downright addictive. You do not need to be a dancer to succeed in this class. Relax, lose your inhibitions and dance like no one is watching!
