Never done a BODYPUMP™ class before? Not sure what to expect?
Contact Kim at: aerofit@comcast.net to schedule a FREE 45-minute introductory session. You will be introduced to the class format and practice the proper form and technique required to execute many of the exercises included in a BODYPUMP™ class.

NOTE: BODYPUMP™ 101 is a NOT a prerequisite prior to attending your first BODYPUMP™ class. However, it is strongly recommended if you have not used a barbell or are not familiar with free-weight exercises like ‘Arnold Press’, ‘Biceps Row’, ‘Clean and Press’, ‘Dead Lifts’, ‘Mac Raise’, ‘Pullovers’ etc.
