Non-Studio members are welcome to participate in our live stream and/or in-person classes on a drop-in basis. Print the Waiver, sign, date, and return it to: aerofit@comcast.net. Let us know if you will be attending live stream or in-person at The Studio.
NOTE: If joining us via live stream, payment must be made at least 2 hours prior to class start time. The Zoom Meeting ID and Pass Code will be sent to you upon receipt of the completed Waiver.

NOTE: BODYPUMP™ 101 is a NOT a prerequisite prior to attending your first BODYPUMP™ class. However, it is strongly recommended if you have not used a barbell or are not familiar with free-weight exercises like ‘Arnold Press’, ‘Biceps Row’, ‘Clean and Press’, ‘Dead Lifts’, ‘Mac Raise’, ‘Pullovers’, etc.

Never done a TRX® Suspension Training or TRX® Rip Training class before? Not sure what to expect? TRX® 101 is a prerequisite prior to starting your first TRX® Suspension or TRX® Rip Training session if you have no previous experience with the equipment.
