These fun, non-competitive classes are targeted towards those who are looking for a slower paced format. Both classes can be modified for any fitness level. The Light Aerobics classes include segments of cardiovascular conditioning and a bit of strength training. Light Sculpt includes 45-minutes of strength training and ends with a 15-minute stretch. We provide all the mats and equipment you may need. Work-out with your friends – the socializing is great and also an important component of over-all health and well-being!
Stretching is like flossing: We know it is good for us, but we typically avoid it like the plague. Focused stretching allows muscles to relax and lengthen, which puts less strain on the skeletal system and reduces tension throughout the body. Our sessions range from 15 - 30 minutes and can minimize pain and improve function. We include Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) stretching, which is an incredibly effective technique, as it combines multiple forms of stretching—passive, static, and dynamic. Note: These sessions are currently a continuation of the class scheduled immediately before.

we HIIT: “we High Intensity Interval Train!” This is metabolic training at its’ best. See MORE results in less time by doing high intensity intervals. This 60-minute class has 8-12 stations of 45 seconds of intense work, followed by just 15 seconds of recovery. The entire circuit is repeated 2-3 times with one minute between rounds. We use heart rate monitoring to quantitatively help you progress and stay on track. Battle ropes, dumbbells, Kettlebells, TRX RIP and Suspension straps, punching bag, cones, steps, bike and BOSU, are just some of the ‘toys’ utilized in this class. Improve your aerobic and anaerobic capacity, as well as your muscular strength and endurance.
This is the Latin-inspired dance-fitness program that blends red-hot international music and contagious steps to form a "fitness party" that is downright addictive. You do not need to be a dancer to succeed in this class. Relax, lose your inhibitions and dance like no one is watching!
