Research has confirmed that BODYPUMPhas strong calorie and fat-burning effects and it improves aerobic fitness, muscular strength, and muscular endurance. There is also evidence that BODYPUMPclasses can have positive psychological benefits. The secret to BODYPUMPis the Rep Effect - a breakthrough in resistance training that is proven to deliver a total body transformation. The Rep Effect throws traditional thinking about lifting heavy weights on its head. It exhausts muscles using light weights, while performing high repetitions. Using the Rep Effect, BODYPUMPclasses give you sculpted shoulders, defined biceps and triceps, strong lean legs, firm glutes and a tight core. Choreography in each of these areas is specifically targeted so you will burn fat, burn more calories and achieve more meaningful fat loss and muscle fatigue. The end result is that you build strength without building bulk. In a typical BODYPUMPclass you will perform between 800 and 1000 reps in a single group workout. That is more than four times the amount a person typically achieves when training alone.

This is an energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. BODYSTEP®  Athletic: This is the interval training-inspired variation of BODYSTEP®  that is ideal for those looking for more intense, but less complex, functional step training that unleashes power and athleticism. Cardiovascular segments push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning segments that shape and tone your body. If you like Burpees, Mountain Climbers, and Squats, this is the class for you!

Buti Yoga®

Buti Yoga® utilizes the "Spiral Structure Technique®" to sculpt + tone the deep abdominal muscles that stabilize and strengthen the body, instead of linear movements." Note: The member fee is $5. Light Aerobics and Sculpt

These fun, non-competitive classes are targeted towards those who are looking for a slower paced format. They all combine the three key components of fitness: cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, and flexibility. Each class can be modified for any fitness level. We provide all the mats and equipment you may need. Work-out with your friends - the socializing is great and also an important component of overall health and well-being!

This is not your typical Boot Camp class! We incorporate Tabata intervals to improve your aerobic and anaerobic capacity, as well as your muscular strength and endurance. A single Tabata sequence consists of 20 seconds maximum intensity exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated without pause 8 times for a total of four minutes. The result is you work harder and burn more calories than you would in the same amount of time during steady-state training. As a bonus, the fat-burning continues long after the work-out ends!  We also include speed and agility drills, dynamic strength and power drills, and core stability exercises utilizing elastic tubing, dumbbells, stability balls, and more! The classes are open to all levels.


This 30-minute class, focuses on the Hamstrings, Gluteals, Abductors, Adductors, and Hips - muscles that are not used as specifically in other classes. Many people like to stay for the 9:00am BODYPUMP class. As you know, TRX is "all core all the time", so those muscles will be working as well :-)  NOTES: This class is currently on hiatus. This is the Latin-inspired dance-fitness program that blends red-hot international music and contagious steps to form a "fitness party" that is downright addictive. You do not need to be a dancer to succeed in this class. Relax, lose your inhibitions and dance like no one is watching!
