What Do I Wear?

Wear comfortable clothing that permits you to move freely. Wearing layers helps because you will warm up and cool down throughout class. We recommend wearing tennis shoes, shorts/leggings, and a tank top/T-shirt with a supportive sports bra underneath - if necessary. For those with long hair, we also suggest bringing a hair tie to keep your hair out of your face. Shoes are not recommended for our Barre and Yoga classes - a pair of “grippie” socks work well.


What Do I Need To Bring With Me To Workout?

Be sure to bring a pair of shoes designated solely for your Studio workouts, a full water bottle, and a workout towel. We have a water cooler and small cups if you forget to bring your own water. There are two restrooms/changing rooms in case you need to change your clothes. There are no showers.


Where Do I Put My Belongings When I Workout?

There are ‘cubbies’ and coat hooks located in a designated room in The Studio. Please remember that The Aerobics and Fitness Studio is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or misplaced.


Do I need to bring my own equipment?

We provide all the equipment, props, blankets, and mats that are used during our classes for no additional fee. You are welcome to bring your own mat if desired.


What Payment Methods Are Accepted For Drop-Ins?

Cash, cheques, debit/credit cards (no American Express) are all accepted forms of payment.
