TRX® 101


Never done a TRX® Suspension Training or TRX® Rip Training class before? Not sure what to expect? TRX® 101 is a prerequisite prior to starting your first TRX® Suspension or TRX® Rip Training session if you have no previous experience with the equipment.

Contact Kim at: aerofit@comcast.net to schedule a FREE 45-minute introductory session. You will learn the TRX® safety features and the TRX® Principles that will allow you to adjust the intensity and difficulty of exercises so you can get the work-out you want on any given day.
